Updates on my succulent fountain

I planted the "fountain" when I was at TSV week before last. Then I went back down to ĐGT for a week, leaving the fountain to take care of itself. I worried that the rain and wind might damage the newly planted succulents so I put the fountain in the corner of our front porch where it could receive bright light and a little bit of rain, if any.

When I came back up here yesterday, I found the fountain looking good, every thing so lush and green.

All the echeverias and sempervivums were planted with roots; however, the tiny sedums were only cuttings. But after ten days, those cuttings have already taken roots and grown up a bit. They look so pretty with their little "heads" rising.

You must know that I'm so happy about this.

It's looking just lovely. We'll all enjoy watching the plants grow and mature. I'm glad it survived your absence! :-D

Thanks, Kris. It will have to learn to live without me as I'm here only every other week :-o)
