Hoyas and dischidia

These days I have a few hoyas in blooms.
Hoya mekongensis

Hoya nummularoides

Hoya rubra/chelsea

and Dischidia nummularia.

These plants are quite easy to care for, in my growing conditions. They bloom faithfully.

Aha. A peek at some of your collection in the pic of the Dischidia nummularia. Quite impressive, both the plant and the array of pots and plants.

I just "inherited" the dischidia from a friend; she didn't have enough space for it any more.
Are you into dischidias? Never saw any at your place.

No,I don't grow potted plants ... all my energy goes to the grounds and gardens.

That photo at the top your blog with a view overseeing the hills and the sky, is that your garden? That is breathtaking!

The hoyas are really sweet and pretty while the dischidia looks like the long flowing beard of an opera actor. I echo One about the beautiful header picture. Is this your garden? It look like it is in the highlands with temperate climate.

Sorry guys for late replies. I've been travelling.

One: yes, that photo was a part of my garden in Dalat, a temperate city on the mountain 300km north of Saigon.

Autumn Bell: as I just said to One, that's my garden on the highland.

Simon Eade: thanks for visiting my blog, Simon. Sure I will be checking out your blog soon.
