Is this a honeysuckle?

I have this plant growing in my garden for a few months and now it has started to bloom.

I checked its leaves and blossom against photos on the net and believe it's a honeysuckle. However, I'm not sure. The blooms give off a sweet scent.

I'd appreciate if any readers can help me confirm.

It looks like Justicia longii (dwarf white honeysuckle).

Wow Ha Xuan I have always read about honeysuckle's scent but have never smelt it before.

And yes, it's first time that my hoyas are blooming. I just saw a new flower on my Hoya kerrii :-D I didn't realise the plant was flowering eralier.

Ha Xuan,

Xin Chao! I love your posts about your garden. I used to lived in Hanoi but only started gardening this year. Do you have any recommendations where to get plants and seeds either in Hanoi or Saigon? I'm visiting Vietnam again soon.

Cám ơn
Des

Bom: since this blog of mine has very low traffic, I'm sorry I missed your comment.

Style Maven: If you are in Hanoi, you can visit Buoi market on Hoang Hoa Tham street, Ba Dinh district. It's a well known market for plants of all sorts. It usually meets on the 4, 9, 14, 19, 24 and 29 of the lunar month.
If you are in Saigon, check around town. There're plant shops everywhere. I believe you will surely fine something you like.

Steph: this Honeysuckle plant smells nice. The blooms turn to yellowish/creamy when they fade.
