I meant to comment on your daylily seedlings ealier. I was thinking maybe the cups are too deep for the 'roots' to get enough sun. If the shoots are still too 'grass-like' and you notice the roots aren't fattening up, then maybe more sun exposure to the crown...JMHO. Send me a picture if you can.
